Terms of Service
Welcome to Spooky Paws Co. By browsing or buying from our store, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About us
Spooky Paws Co is an online store based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, selling Halloween costumes and accessories for dogs. You can reach us through our contact page.
Products
Our costumes are sourced through overseas supply partners (dropshipping), which is how we keep prices fair and shipping free. Product photos are illustrative; real colors and small details may vary slightly.
Sizing
Please check the size chart on each product page and measure your dog before ordering. Our costumes tend to run on the smaller side, so when your dog's between sizes, we recommend sizing up. All sales are final, so please choose carefully.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD. Shipping is free on every order; the cost is already included in the price. The price at the moment you check out is the price you pay.
Orders
We confirm your order by email, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Shipping times
Delivery estimates (about 5 to 11 business days across Canada, the US and Mexico) are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Liability
Our costumes are novelty pet apparel. Always supervise your dog while they're wearing a costume, and remove it if your dog seems uncomfortable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
