Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, no minimums, no codes, no surprises. We've baked the shipping cost into our prices, so the price you see is the price you pay. All prices are in USD.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and Canada.

How long it takes

Our costumes ship from our overseas supply partners, so please plan ahead.

Processing: We aim to get your order packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit: Delivery usually takes about 5 to 11 business days after your order ships for most destinations.

So from the day you order, you're generally looking at roughly a week to two weeks total.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your pup's costume on its way to you.

A note about Halloween timing

October is our busiest time of year, and carriers get slammed. If you need a costume in time for Halloween, we strongly recommend ordering by early October. We can't guarantee delivery dates during the Halloween rush, and we don't want your dog missing out on the big night. Order early and you'll be fine.

Delays and issues

Sometimes things happen that are out of our hands: weather, customs holdups, or carrier backlogs. If your order is running late, email us at jayshin0324@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is sent to the wrong address because of a typo, we can't cover the cost of reshipping. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
